Telos is a term used by philosopher Aristotle to refer to the full potential or inherent purpose of a person. While many may define telos or purpose as something we are here to do, true purpose is something we are here to become. In a way, each person is purpose itself.
Self-mastery is becoming intimate with the vulnerabilities and strengths within that give permission for this purpose/essence to shine lovingly and radiantly through one’s life.
At the core of the human soul, is freedom and bliss: that sacred space of love and inner wealth.
In seeking to clarify purpose (to truly know one’s Self), we ultimately answer to life’s greatest quest of expressing this core of our Being and our power of creation. As powerful creators, we receive our innate birthright of expansive joy, abundance, fulfillment, and unconditional love through self-realization, self-actualization and individuation.
Telos is that quality or inner virtue that we bring to everything we do in life–that quality of consciousness is our unique creative expression of love.
When we can truly connect to our life’s hidden divine order and creative power, we can also connect to the eternal and inherent nature of reality, hence the meaning of a deeper relationship with life path, purpose, or dharma.
This “end goal” begins with inquiry, exploration, and experimentation, although love, creative expression, and service is not really an end but rather a nexus of thriving for, self, other, and world.

Why work with a coach?
No one needs coaching. We choose coaching. Often, coaching is chosen to accelerate a growth process through a powerful support/challenge partnership to expand/enrich some area of life, such as leadership, relationships, spirituality, vocation, intimacy, self-love and awareness, etc. and/or develop areas of your character, such as confidence, emotional intelligence, health, life balance, etc., through self-reflections that bring awareness to blindspots, subconscious patterns, and the naturally limited perspective of one mind.
